Practice Overview Lisa E. Aguiar represents companies and management. She advises clients on handling day-to-day employment issues, planning and implementing layoffs and other terminations, dealing with discrimination and harassment issues, and offers company-wide employment law training. She drafts and negotiates separation packages and negotiates settlements on behalf of corporate clients. A former plaintiff’s attorney for eight years, Lisa has expertise in all types of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, early neutral evaluation, and early settlement conferences.
