Meet Our 2024 Summer Law Clerks

Hoge Fenton is delighted to introduce our 2024 summer law clerks: Erica Hagelberg, Allison Lee, and Rosa Emilia “Emy” Quevedo. Erica is entering their final year in law school. Emy participated in the Bay Area Minority Summer Clerkship Program, and both Allison and Emy are entering their second year of law school. Shareholder Sean Cottle manages the 2024 Summer Law Clerk Program.

Erica Hagelberg

Erica Hagelberg is entering their final year at Santa Clara University School of Law. During their time at Santa Clara University, they served as the Co-President of OUTLaw SCU, a Board Member of the Galloway Moot Court, and a Student Representative to the Equity, Justice, and Engagement Committee. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (clarinet) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University. They have been a Research Assistant at Santa Clara University since May 2022 and a Strategic Project Manager at Columbia Vehicle Group since May 2021. Business Litigation Attorney Laura Riparbelli is mentoring Erica.

Allison Lee

Allison Lee is a rising second year at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings). She is active in Student Government, serving as a 1L Class Representative.  Allison is the incoming President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the incoming Internal Vice President of the Korean American Law Association. She is also a member of the Technology Law Society, the Women’s Law Society, and the First-Generation Program. She will also be a Staff Editor for the UC Law Journal, the flagship law review at UC Law SF.  Allison graduated from Baylor University in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies. Between college and law school, Allison spent three years working in Seoul, South Korea, and San Jose. Business Litigation Attorney Giuliana Ferrante is mentoring Allison.

Rosa Emilia “Emy” Quevedo

Emy Quevedo concluded her first year at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She served as the 1L Representative to the Capital Lawyering Association for Students and the Womxn of Color Collective. She is a member of the Latinx Law Student Association and the Wine Law Society. Emy graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs, minoring in Latin American Diplomacy & Development, Spanish, and Economics. Before attending law school, Emy was a personal injury case manager in Las Vegas. Business Litigation Attorney Emma Lloyd is mentoring her.
